The agave landscape is growing and becoming more complex. Join me for tastings of small batch, traditionally made Mezcal, Raicilla, and other agave distillates. 

We'll discuss their history, nuance, how to be a responsible consumer and identify inferior products. In addition to 5 pours, throughout this 60-minute experience, you'll receive

• A handmade clay-fired tasting cup
• Snacks throughout and a debrief cocktail at the end
