Agave Mule

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 3/4 oz ginger syrup

  • 4 oz club soda

  • Lime wedge garnish

Process

  • Add tequila, syrup, lime, and ice to the shaker

  • Seal and shake for 5-10 seconds

  • Strain into glass with ice

  • Top with club soda

  • Garnish with a lime wedge

Spicy Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Tequila

  • 1 oz Ancho Reyes Verde

  • 3/4 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz agave nectar 

  • Lime wedge garnish

Process

  • Add all ingredients to shaker and fill with ice

  • Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds

  • Strain into glass with ice

  • Garnish with lime wedge

Paloma

Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 4-6 oz grapefruit soda

  • Lime or grapefruit wedge garnish

Process

  • Add tequila, lime, and ice to a glass

  • Stir for 5-10 seconds

  • Top with grapefruit soda

  • Garnish with lime and/or grapefruit wedge

Oaxacan Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Tequila

  • 1/2 oz Mezcal

  • 1 tsp agave nectar 

  • Angostura Bitters

  • Orange or grapefruit peel

Process

  • Add all ingredients except garnish to mixing glass

  • Add ice and stir for 30 seconds

  • Strain into glass with ice

  • Garnish with citrus peel

Pisco Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pisco

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • Egg White

  • Angostura Bitters

Process

  • Add egg white, syrup, lemon, and Pisco to the shaker

  • Seal and dry shake (without ice) for 5 seconds

  • Unseal and fill with ice, shaking vigorously for 10-15 seconds

  • Strain into chilled glass

  • Garnish with Angostura

Chilcano

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pisco

  • 1/4 - 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 4-5 oz ginger beer or ginger ale

  • Lime wedge garnish

Process

  • Add Pisco, lime, and a few ice cubes to a glass and stir for 5 seconds

  • Top with chilled ginger beer or ginger ale

  • Add more ice and stir gently

  • Garnish with lime wedge

El Capitán

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Pisco

  • .75 - 1.5 oz sweet vermouth

  • Angostura Bitters

  • Cherry or olive

Process

  • Add Pisco, vermouth, angostura, and ice to a mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds

  • Strain into a chilled coupe

  • Add garnish
